Overview
Magnolia Montessori School is seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Certified Primary Montessori Teacher to join our growing community for the Fall of 2026. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about Montessori philosophy, values respectful relationships with children, and is committed to creating a calm, engaging, and beautiful learning environment for children ages 3–6.
The ideal candidate is patient, collaborative, organized, and enthusiastic about supporting each child’s independence, curiosity, and love of learning. Candidates should hold a Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited program) and have experience working in a Montessori classroom.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and maintaining an authentic Montessori environment
• Guiding children through individualized learning experiences
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Observing and supporting each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborating as part of a supportive teaching team
