The school serves children from ages 3 to 14, providing multi-age, student-led learning environments that span toddler, primary, and elementary educational programs.

Primary Guide (Montessori Teacher)
Palatine, IL
We are seeking a Primary Guide at Grow Montessori Academy. We are a top-tier Montessori school supporting students from 3 to 14 years old. This role focuses on supporting our 3-6-year-olds. We look to support every child’s academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with Montessori principles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a structured, well-organized Montessori classroom
Show empathy, creativity, and the ability to face complex challenges while fostering a supportive environment.
Guide children’s development and maintain accurate student records
Communicate regularly with families, including conferences and bi-weekly updates
Collaborate with assistants, staff, and school leadership
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
AMI, AMS, or MACTE Montessori Diploma (and willingness to complete AMI training)
Strong organizational and communication skills
