We are looking for an exceptional Montessori educator who believes education should prepare children not only for academics, but for life.

Position: Lower Elementary Lead Guide (Kindergarten–3rd Grade)
Schedule: Full-Time, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Lead a Lower Elementary Montessori classroom (Kindergarten–3rd Grade)
- Develop weekly lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and scope and sequence
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs and grade-level standards
- Administer NWEA MAP assessments and use data to support student growth (training provided)
- Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that integrate Montessori principles, life skills, practical life and sustainable education
- Maintain Montessori materials, student records, observations, and assessment data
- Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with colleagues
- Participate in school events, professional development, and the continued growth of the school

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Montessori credential preferred (AMS, AMI, MACTE-accredited, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of teaching experience in Montessori or progressive education
- Public school teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of multi-age learning environments
- Passion for nature-based and experiential education
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and school technology tools
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$55,000 annually based on experience and credentials
- Paid Time Off (approximately 5 weeks annually)
