Overview
HORIZONS at Lexington Montessori School is looking for counselors and instructors for a six-week academic enrichment program serving economically at-risk children and pre-teens. This is our first year back on campus, full time, since pre-COVID; we are VERY excited!
We are looking for both full and part time counselors who enjoy supervising a group of approximately 8 children, joining them for lunch, accompanying them to the pool (lifeguards will be present), and serving as kind, nurturing role models in a Montessori environment.
We are also looking for instructors with experience teaching the following activities:
· Hip Hop
· Soccer skills
· Basketball skills
· Drawing
· Music
· Creative writing and/or journaling
· School paper/newsletter
· Farming (FILLED)
· Book Club
· Playground games
· InLine skating (FILLED)
· Reading with Wrigley (FILLED)
