Job Responsibilities

-working closely with our head of school and elementary team to support the elementary program by arranging field trips and nature camps; helping organize and executing low-pressure standardized testing for upper elementary; participating in building up our enrichment program; working on summer camp logistics; and planning and participating in events like our international potluck, showcases, and more
-being a daily presence at our school who helps ensure everyone in our community feels welcome and taken care of, as well as substitutes or supports as needed in our classrooms
-collaborating with the rest of our admin team on ensuring our school-wide operations run smoothly through project coordination, scheduling, supporting our efforts in marketing and in making connections with the greater Bay Area community, and more
-promoting and living our culture and values among our community


-strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a high attention to detail
-excellent organizational and time-management skills
-exemplary customer service skills and a collaborative working style
-dependability and flexibility
-the ability to think critically and a knack for problem-solving
-a passion for education
-not required, but bonuses: fluency in Spanish and a Montessori background
