Overview

At Mission, we believe our goal as educators is to help each child become a passionate member of the human community who is confident, creative, and flourishing. We pride ourselves on taking our mission to heart and having a school culture that supports that mission. We know that our students thrive when we, as adults, feel passionate about our work and create an environment where we also feel confident, creative, and flourishing.

The elementary program administrator role is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves planning and organizing, finds enjoyment both in independent work and in building relationships, and enjoys working in a school environment. Communicative, energetic people who are passionate about helping others will thrive in this role. We love to see people grow with us. This role is an excellent way to prepare for leadership positions.

We understand that people from all paths and backgrounds have so much to offer and we believe diversity enriches communities and lives. Our interview process reflects this and is based on the same holistic approach that we use in all other areas of our work.
