Oxford Preschool is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our international team for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Due to current visa and work permit processing timelines, we are currently able to consider applications only from candidates holding a United States or Irish passport.

Key Responsibilitie
- Prepare and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Montessori classroom environment.
- Guide children aged 3–6 through individual and small-group Montessori activities.
- Foster independence, self-confidence, responsibility, and respect within the classroom community.
- Observe children’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs and provide individualized learning opportunities.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
- Conduct observation-based assessments and maintain accurate developmental records.
- Prepare, organize, and care for Montessori materials and classroom resources.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow educators.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, rest periods, and excursions.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, school events, and community activities.
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection policies at all times.
