At Mountain City Public Montessori, we’re growing our leadership team and building a leadership model rooted in collaboration, growth, and shared responsibility. We’re currently hiring leaders who want to support educators, strengthen student outcomes, and help shape a thriving public Montessori community.

We are seeking a Montessori Teaching & Learning Coordinator to support instructional quality, Montessori fidelity, and educator growth.

This role serves as an instructional coach and systems coordinator, working closely with educators to strengthen classroom practice and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide instructional coaching and Montessori guidance
  • Support curriculum alignment and lesson design
  • Coordinate MTSS processes and facilitate data meetings
  • Serve as Testing Coordinator
  • Lead professional development and collaborative planning

Qualifications

Required:

  • Montessori credential (AMS, AMI, or MACTE)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years as a Montessori lead guide
  • Experience coaching or supporting adult learners

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree
  • Public Montessori experience
  • Experience with MTSS or instructional systems
