Namaste is seeking an exceptional teacher to work with a team of amazing credentialed Montessorians. We are looking for someone excited to start their Montessori journey with the desire to complete Montessori training (sponsored) in preparation to becoming a lead guide!

Ideal candidates will possess:
-A joyful disposition and love working with children
-Associates / Bachelors degree and/or experience in early childhood education preferred, but not required
-Strong communication skills
-Willingness to learn: growth mindset
-Desire to support the needs of the whole child
-Ability to interact with parents and co-workers in a warm, empathetic and confident manner
-Working knowledge of Montessori method is a plus, but for those still gaining experience in education or who are making a career change, we are willing to support and train the right candidates.
