Parkside Montessori in San Mateo, CA is looking for an Adolescent Program (7th Grade) Teacher to join our growing public Montessori school for the 2022-23 school year. We are looking for an educator with a pioneer spirit who is motivated to develop student voice and leadership and would like to help us shape the vision for our brand-new Middle Years program (our first seventh graders will start Fall 2022!).

Parkside Montessori currently serves approximately 300 children, TK through 6th grade and is expanding to become a TK through 8th grade program. We are thrilled that our first cohort of 6th graders have remained in their Upper Elementary classrooms for the 2021-2022 school year. We are opening our Adolescent Program for grades 7 and 8 in Fall 2022. By 2025, we aim to become accredited by the American Montessori Society while our staff continues to ensure academic proficiency on Common Core Standards through Montessori instruction. We strive to uphold the essential elements set forth by the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector.
