Upper Elementary Guide

Come join our beautiful public Montessori in Hayward, California! Our school is a public Montessori charter school that serves students grades 1-12 in the sunny side of the Bay Area. The Elementary Campus hosts approximately 300 students across 11 classrooms for Lower and Upper Elementary. We are currently seeking a dynamic teacher to guide a classroom of 9-12 year old learners.

What You’ll Do: Guide students toward self-directed learning in a beautifully prepared Montessori environment, build meaningful relationships with families, design engaging lesson plans, and collaborate with a supportive team of educators.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree + valid California multiple subject teaching credential
Montessori certification (AMI/AMS preferred) — or a commitment to pursue one after your first year
Genuine love for children and a growth mindset
Strong classroom management and communication skills
