We are seeking a thoughtful, compassionate Younger and Older Elementary Guide to expand our staff. You will be sharing your talents with supportive colleagues with a low staff turnover. Lupine Community Montessori School has been serving families since 2008. We are a public charter school, serving nearly 400 students from 14 surrounding school districts.  We are dedicated to making Montessori accessible to all. Our school spans Primary through Middle School, with the majority of our Primary children moving into our strong Elementary program. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and AMI Elementary Certification (preferred)
State teaching license (preferred)
A deep reserve of patience, generosity, and adaptability
Prefer experience as a Lead Guide (or Assistant), with a reflective understanding and appreciation of Montessori practice and philosophy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and children.
