Mi Escuela Montessori’s mission is to provide an equitable, dual-language, Montessori education that allows students to grow into the Changemakers of tomorrow. We believe that by creating a community of lifelong learners through a dual-language immersion Montessori model, we will enable children to be prepared for the ever-changing world around them and provide them with the tools they need to lead.

Mi Escuela Montessori is entering an extraordinary phase of growth. We are moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility for the 2026-2027 school year. As home to our own on-site MACTE-accredited training center, we provide a professional culture where your growth as an educator is just as important as the growth of our students.

Instructional Leadership:

• Assistant Principal: A visionary leader to support our growing K–8 community.
• Instructional Coach (Math & STEM): Bridging Montessori materials with modern scientific inquiry.
• Instructional Coach (SLA/ELA Interventionist): Leading the charge in bilingual literacy and student support.
• Technology Specialist (Paraprofessional): Integrating 21st-century tools within a Montessori framework and managing IT systems.

Classroom & Support Specialists:

• Toddler & Children’s House Guides and Associate Guides
• Lower & Upper Elementary Guides
• Adolescent (Middle School) Teacher (ELA/SLA)
• ESE Specialist (Resource & Inclusion)

Unique Opportunity: Subsidized Montessori Training
We believe the Montessori method should be accessible to all world-class educators. For candidates who hold Florida State Certification but are not yet Montessori trained, we offer a subsidized path to your credential.

Cost: Only $2,700 for the 2026-2027 cohort.
Pathway: Earn your Primary or Elementary Montessori credential through our on-site accredited program while you work.
Support: Benefit from an environment where bilingualism (Spanish/English) is celebrated and peer-coaching is built into the school day.
